Comprising a bracket, a mounting frame body, a laser emitting assembly, a positioning assembly, a measuring assembly and a control unit, during measurement, the control unit controls the execution cylinder body to push the support, so that the support moves relative to the road surface, and the positioning wheel and the measuring wheel are in contact with the road surface simultaneously; starting the laser emission assembly and recording the numerical value of the photosensitive unit; and moving the mobile carrier along the road surface to obtain the numerical value variation of the photosensitive unit, and calculating the levelness of the road surface. According to the invention, rapid and accurate measurement of the levelness of the road surface can be realized, and reliable data support is provided for bridge construction. The device is high in automation degree and easy and convenient to operate, the detection efficiency can be greatly improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
