The transmission mechanism comprises a transmission gear and a limiting measurement seat, the transmission gear is connected with the limiting measurement seat through a transmission shaft, and the transmission gear can drive the limiting measurement seat to reciprocate between the travel switch groups after being driven; the tensioning mechanism comprises a movable arm and an elastic piece connected with the movable arm in a hooking mode, the transmission gear is coaxially connected with an encoder on the movable arm, and the elastic piece is used for driving the movable arm to move in the direction close to the driving source piece so that the transmission gear can be tightly meshed with the driving source piece in an abutting mode; the device has the functions of stroke measurement and gate position measurement at the same time, has the safety guarantee of dual mechanical counting measurement, and performs equal-proportion scaling on the actual lifting height of the gate through the transmission mechanism, so that the upper limiting switch and the lower limiting switch do not need to be installed at the actual lifting height position; and the measured data can be compared with the data of a voltage overload protection system for analysis, so that the safety is improved.
