The invention discloses a production process of vacuum perlite, which comprises the following steps: putting expanded perlite into a storage tank, and introducing a proper amount of nitrogen into the storage tank to promote materials to enter a forevacuum tank below; the expanded perlite is vacuumized in a forevacuum tank, a pressure balance system is installed on the forevacuum tank, hot nitrogen is introduced, and air and water vapor in expanded perlite particles are pumped away; the perlite enters a vacuum spraying tank, a glue solution heating spraying system is arranged on the vacuum spraying tank, an emulsion film is formed by spraying through atomization of latex, a sealing film is formed on the surface of the perlite, and the vacuum perlite is formed; and nitrogen is introduced into the vacuum discharging bin to enable the vacuum perlite wrapped with the film in the vacuum spraying tank to be discharged to the vacuum discharging bin. The expanded perlite particles are vacuumized, air and water vapor in the particles are pumped away, and a sealing film is formed on the surface of the expanded perlite through atomized spraying of latex to form vacuum perlite. And compared with common perlite, the sound insulation and heat insulation effects are better.
本发明公开了真空珍珠岩的生产工艺,将膨化的珍珠岩放入存料罐中,通过向存料罐中通入适量氮气促使物料进入下方的预真空罐中;膨化的珍珠岩在预真空罐中被抽真空,预真空罐上安装压力平衡系统,通入热氮气,膨化的珍珠岩颗粒内的空气和水汽被抽走;珍珠岩进入真空喷涂罐,真空喷涂罐上设置胶液加热喷涂系统,利用乳胶雾化的喷涂,喷涂形成乳液膜,珍珠岩表面形成封结膜成为真空珍珠岩;真空放料仓通入氮气促使真空喷涂罐内包裹膜的真空珍珠岩下料至真空放料仓。膨化的珍珠岩颗粒通过抽真空作用,将颗粒内的空气和水汽抽走,利用乳胶雾化的喷涂,在膨化珍珠岩表面形成封结膜成为真空珍珠岩。相比一般珍珠岩,隔音、隔热效果更优越。
