The invention discloses a multipurpose concrete reinforcing agent which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 14-25 parts of metakaolin; 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent; 30 to 60 parts of alcohol amine organic matter; 15 to 40 parts of polyol; 3 to 7 parts of 1, 2-propylene glycol; 2-6 parts of an antioxidant; 3-7 parts of a rare earth aluminate coupling agent; 1-3 parts of an expanding agent; 2-5 parts of a dispersant; 40 to 70 parts of cellulose nanofiber; 50 to 85 parts of steel fiber; 1-3 parts of a preservative; 2-4 parts of a coagulant aid; 25-35 parts of an organic binder, and 100-300 parts of water. The concrete has the beneficial effects that the rare earth aluminate coupling agent, the cellulose nanofibers and the steel fibers are added into the formula, and the rare earth aluminate coupling agent can obviously improve the interface action between organic matters and the concrete, so that the bonding strength between a raw material mixture of the concrete and stones can be improved; the cellulose nanofibers and the steel fibers have high tensile strength and have the effect of synergistically improving the mechanical strength of the concrete, so that the reinforcing agent can be applied to porous concrete and recycled concrete.
