The lime and the water glass are added into the phosphogypsum to prepare the modified phosphogypsum roadbed material, and the modified phosphogypsum roadbed material is applied to road roadbed engineering construction, so that the problem of random accumulation and discharge of a large amount of solid waste phosphogypsum is reduced, the pollution of the phosphogypsum to the surrounding environment is reduced, and the comprehensive utilization level and the resource utilization efficiency are improved.
