The invention discloses a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermistor with high Curie temperature and low resistivity as well as a formula and a manufacturing method thereof, the PTC thermistor is composed of a main material, an auxiliary material and a sintering aid, on the basis of 1mol of TiO2, the main material comprises the following components in mole: 1mol of TiO2, 0.60-0.72 mol of BaCO3, 0.03-0.10 mol of CaCO3, 0-0.10 mol of SrCO3 and 0.18-0.31 mol of PbO; the molar composition of the auxiliary material is as follows: 0.002 to 0.010 mol of Y2O3; the sintering aid is prepared from 0.010 mol to 0.040 mol of SiO2 and 0.005 mol to 0.015 mol of TiO2, and the preparation of the PTC thermistor with the Curie temperature of 200 DEG C to 260 DEG C and the resistivity of 15 omega.cm to 40 omega.cm can be smoothly realized by adopting the ceramic material formula proportion and combining the existing tunnel furnace sintering process. Meanwhile, due to the advantage of low resistivity of the formula, tunnel furnace sintering and post-processing technologies are stable, and the material is suitable for mass production.
本发明公开了一种高居里温度低电阻率PTC热敏电阻、配方及其制造方法,由主材料、辅助材料及烧结助剂组成,以1mol的TiO2为基准,主材料的摩尔组成为:TiO2:1mol,BaCO3:0.60~0.72mol,CaCO3:0.03~0.10,SrCO3:0~0.10,PbO:0.18~0.31mol;辅助材料的摩尔组成为:Y2O3:0.002~0.010mol;烧结助剂的摩尔组成为:SiO2:0.010~0.040mol,TiO2:0.005~0.015mol,采用本发明的瓷料配方比例并结合现有的隧道炉烧结工艺,可以顺利实现居里温度为200~260℃,电阻率为15~40Ω·cm的PTC热敏电阻的制备。同时由于配方的低电阻率优势,隧道炉烧结和后加工工艺稳定,适合大批量生产。
