The invention provides an offshore photovoltaic precast concrete composite pile which comprises a pile structure, the pile structure comprises a concrete pile foundation and a steel hoop, the concrete pile foundation is triangular on the vertical projection plane of the composite pile, the concrete pile foundation comprises a concrete pile vertically arranged along the composite pile and an end point forming the triangular shape, and the steel hoop is arranged on the concrete pile foundation. The pile structure further comprises a truss structure, and the steel hoops are connected with the ends of the truss structure to form triangular edges, so that overflowing spaces are formed between the adjacent concrete piles. According to the prefabricated concrete combined pile, the multiple high-strength prestressed concrete piles are adopted, the multiple prestressed concrete piles are connected together through the steel truss structure to form a space truss structure, and the space truss structure serves as an overall stressed pile foundation structure, so that the combined pile is high in horizontal load bearing capacity and bending moment bearing capacity; and therefore, the pile body material and the work amount are saved.
