The invention discloses suction type foundation penetration equipment and a negative sinking construction method thereof. The penetration equipment is composed of a rack, a deepwater electric pump assembly arranged in the rack, a water pipe valve group connected with a pump suction opening and an outlet of the deepwater electric pump assembly through flanges, and a connector assembly installed on the lower portion of the rack. A connector assembly with multi-way connection is adopted to be connected with a suction type foundation with an inner spraying and flushing pipeline, through synchronous water injection ground breaking and suction silt discharging, silt in a barrel is discharged, the influence of an inner soil plug is eliminated, and penetration under the mud surface is achieved; and meanwhile, a double-pump series connection pressurization mode is adopted, it is ensured that the penetration negative pressure is increased, the top of the inner cylinder is more tightly attached to the mud surface and deeply penetrates into the position below the seabed mud surface, and long-term in-place stability of the suction type foundation can be achieved without special anti-scouring treatment. The suction type foundation can be accurately installed at the needed position and the set depth, the installation precision and long-term structural stability are effectively guaranteed, and good economic benefits are achieved.
