The invention relates to an ecological restoration method for an artificial lake body, and is applied to the field of artificial lake restoration. The method comprises the following steps: a construction step: constructing a cofferdam in a to-be-repaired area of a lake body, and forming a plurality of independent repair areas in the lake body; in the placing step, the repairing devices are placed in the repairing areas and sink to the bottom, and at least one repairing device is correspondingly placed in each repairing area; in the repairing step, the mud-water mixture in the repairing area is sucked through a suction opening of a repairing device and discharged after being filtered through the repairing device; a salvage step: salvaging the repair device from the repair area after cleaning is completed; and a dismantling step: dismantling the cofferdam in the lake body. The device has the advantages that large instruments do not need to be frequently replaced, use is more convenient, and meanwhile the water purification efficiency can be effectively improved.
