The invention discloses a method for reuse of the same building in a component reference mode, belongs to the technical field of three-dimensional modeling of constructional engineering, and realizes one-time modeling and multi-time reuse through cross-space position reference of a building model. According to the method, the whole building is used as a whole to be subjected to editing of spatial transformation such as movement, mirroring, alignment and rotation; editing of a model can be synchronously mapped to objects with reference relations, and therefore the efficiency of engineering building modeling is effectively improved.
