The invention discloses an industrial preparation process of calcium hydroxide powder. The industrial preparation process comprises the following steps: feeding crushed calcium oxide blocks into a digester by adopting a quantitative feeding device, and carrying out a digestion reaction; the quantitative feeding device comprises a feeding pipe, a transition bin, a feeding barrel and a material sealing plate which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The top of the transition bin is provided with a feeding port connected with a feeding pipe, the feeding barrel is rotatably connected between the transition bin and the material sealing plate, a left quantitative bin and a right quantitative bin are arranged in the feeding barrel, the left quantitative bin is located under the feeding port, a material pushing plate and a material blocking plate which can move horizontally are arranged in the transition bin, and the material blocking plate is connected with the top end of the material pushing plate. A discharge hole is formed in the material sealing plate; and the inlet end of the digester is communicated with the outlet end of the right quantitative bin through the discharge hole. According to the industrial preparation technology of the calcium hydroxide powder, quantitative feeding of calcium oxide blocks can be achieved through the quantitative feeding device, the metering and weighing link is omitted, and the production efficiency can be improved.
本发明公开了一种氢氧化钙粉体的工业化制备工艺,包括:将破碎后的氧化钙块料采用定量上料装置上料至消化器内进行消化反应的步骤;其中,定量上料装置包括由上而下依次设置的供料管、过渡仓、上料筒和封料板;过渡仓的顶部设有与供料管连接的进料口,上料筒可转动的连接在过渡仓和封料板之间,上料筒的内部设有左定量仓和右定量仓,左定量仓位于进料口的正下方,过渡仓的内部设有可平移的推料板和挡料板,挡料板与推料板的顶端连接,封料板上设有出料口,消化器的进口端通过出料口与右定量仓的出口端相连通。本发明一种氢氧化钙粉体的工业化制备工艺,采用的定量上料装置能够实现氧化钙块料的定量上料,省去了计量称重环节,有利于提高生产效率。
