The invention particularly discloses ultra-high performance concrete for cold regions, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 600 to 900 kg/m < 3 > of cement, 200 to 240 kg/m < 3 > of silica fume, 100 to 120 kg/m < 3 > of coal ash, 1000 to 1200 kg/m < 3 > of machine-made sand, 20 to 26 kg/m < 3 > of a water reducing agent, 1 to 5 kg/m < 3 > of a defoaming agent and 170 to 220 kg/m < 3 > of water. And reinforcing fibers; the volume mixing amount of the reinforcing fibers is 1.0-3.5%, and the reinforcing fibers are at least one of steel fibers, reinforced steel fibers, polypropylene fibers and reinforced polypropylene fibers. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the ultra-high performance concrete for the cold region. The invention further discloses application of the ultra-high performance concrete used in the cold region as sprayed concrete.
