Concrete based on co-doped hybrid fibers and production process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to concrete based on co-doped hybrid fibers and a production process of the concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 480 to 550 parts of Portland cement, 200 to 230 parts of fly ash, 800 to 1000 parts of gravel, 1000 to 1100 parts of sand, 200 to 280 parts of expanded perlite, 20 to 30 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 40 to 70 parts of wollastonite, 25 to 40 parts of kaolin, 15 to 25 parts of carbide slag powder, 30 to 50 parts of composite fiber, 6 to 10 parts of functional additive, 15 to 25 parts of silane coupling agent, 5 to 10 parts of water reducing agent and 260 to 300 parts of water. Wherein the composite fiber is formed by mixing modified basalt fiber and modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber according to the ratio of (1-1.5): 1; the concrete produced by the invention not only has excellent mechanical properties, but also has very good corrosion resistance, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged to a certain extent while the quality of the concrete is ensured.
