Spherical yttrium aluminum garnet powder and method for in-situ synthesis of spherical yttrium aluminum garnet powder through spray granulation technology
The invention relates to the field of inorganic powder preparation, and provides a method for in-situ synthesis of spherical yttrium aluminum garnet powder through a spray granulation technology, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, mechanically stirring yttrium oxide (Y2O3) powder, aluminum oxide (Al2O3) powder, deionized water, a dispersant and a binder to obtain mixed slurry; s2, performing spray granulation on the mixed slurry to obtain spherical mixed powder; and S3, putting the spherical mixed powder into a muffle furnace, and carrying out pressureless calcination in an air atmosphere. The method is simple in process, low in cost and energy consumption, high in yield, free of environmental pollution and suitable for large-scale industrial production.
