The preparation method adopts the following raw materials: 50-80% of polysilazane containing double bonds, 20-50% of an acrylic acid active monomer, 0.1-3% of a photoinitiator, 0.3-3% of an antioxidant and 0.01-0.5% of a light absorber. According to the method, the fine SiCN ceramic with high forming precision, high yield and good mechanical properties can be formed.
