The railway connecting rail type anti-climbing device is composed of a fixing part and an anti-climbing part, and one side of the fixing part is attached to a steel rail; a bolt mounting through hole is coaxially formed in the anti-rotation groove, and the bolt mounting through hole is used for mounting a connecting bolt; assembling through holes corresponding to the bolt mounting through holes are formed in the steel rails; the connecting bolt extends out of the assembling through hole and then is sequentially provided with a gasket, a nut and a nut locking cap; the nut locking cap is provided with a cotter pin; the anti-climbing part is provided with an integrally-formed boss and further comprises a fastener system. The boss is matched with the iron seat and the iron base plate; when a creeping phenomenon occurs, the iron base and the iron base plate can restrain the device; force generated by steel rail crawling is transmitted to the fastener system through the device and then is sequentially transmitted to a sleeper, a ballast bed and a roadbed through the fastener system, steel rail crawling is prevented, and restraining of longitudinal movement of the steel rail is achieved. The problem of steel rail crawling is solved, and diseases of a railway line sensitive area are reduced; the structure is stable, installation is convenient, assembly is simple, implementation is easy, adaptability is wide, and safety and reliability are achieved.
提供一种铁路连轨式防爬装置,由固定以及防爬部分组成,固定部分一侧与钢轨贴合;另一侧制有防转槽,防转槽同轴制有螺栓安装通孔并用于安装连接螺栓;钢轨对应螺栓安装通孔制有装配通孔;连接螺栓从装配通孔伸出后顺次安装垫圈、螺母、螺母防松帽;螺母防松帽设有开口销;防爬部分具有一体成型的凸台,还包括扣件系统;凸台与铁座和铁垫板配合;出现爬行现象时,铁座和铁垫板会对装置进行约束;钢轨爬行产生的力通过装置传递至扣件系统,再由扣件系统依次传递至轨枕、道床、路基,防止钢轨爬行,实现钢轨纵向移动的约束。本发明解决钢轨爬行问题,减少铁路线路敏感区的病害;结构稳定、安装便捷、装配简单、容易实现、适应性广、安全可靠。
