The long-span bridge longitudinal electromagnetic-viscous composite damping system comprises an electromagnetic damper and a viscous damper which are arranged in parallel, the vibration/vibration reduction direction of the electromagnetic damper is in the longitudinal direction of a bridge, one end of the viscous damper is connected with a first bridge structure, and the other end of the viscous damper is connected with a second bridge structure through a fusing-locking device. The fusing-locking device comprises a mounting seat, a lower tooth block plate and an upper tooth block plate, the mounting seat is fixedly mounted on the first bridge structure, a sliding clamping groove extending in the longitudinal direction of a bridge is formed in the mounting seat, the lower tooth block plate is mounted in the sliding clamping groove, the other end of the viscous damper is connected with the lower tooth block plate, a positioning tooth block is arranged on the upper tooth block plate, and the positioning tooth block is connected with the upper tooth block plate. A positioning tooth groove is formed in the lower tooth block plate, and a lifting mechanism for driving the upper tooth block plate to move up and down so as to enable the positioning tooth block to be inserted into or withdrawn from the positioning tooth groove is connected between the upper tooth block plate and the mounting seat. According to the system, through switching of working states of different dampers, vibration-vibration double-control integration can be achieved, and the system has the advantage of being high in load adaptability.
