The invention relates to a novel orthotropic steel-concrete combined bridge deck slab with steel bar lattice shear connectors, and belongs to the technical field of bridge structures. The construction method comprises the following steps: welding to form an orthotropic steel plate; steel bar lattice shear force connecting pieces are welded to the orthotropic steel plates; building templates around the upper part of the orthotropic steel plate; and according to common concrete or fiber concrete or UHPC selected for pouring, after pouring is completed, a concrete layer is formed, and pouring concrete selected for the concrete layer is cured. According to the steel bar lattice shear connecting piece, automatic production can be achieved, the rigidity of the bridge deck slab is improved, and therefore support-free rapid construction can be achieved, and the defects of a PBL connecting piece combined bridge deck slab are overcome while the rigidity of the bottom steel plate is improved; and the technical problem of low crack capacity of a bridge deck in a hogging moment area of the steel-concrete combined continuous beam bridge can be solved.
本发明涉及一种新型带钢筋格构剪力连接件的正交异性钢‑混凝土组合桥面板,属于桥梁结构技术领域。施工步骤为:焊接形成正交异性钢板;在正交异性钢板上焊接钢筋格构剪力连接件;位于正交异性钢板上部四周搭建模版;根据浇筑所选择的普通混凝土或纤维混凝土或UHPC混凝土,当浇筑完成后形成混凝土层,对混凝土层所选用的浇筑混凝土进行养护。本发明的钢筋格构剪力连接件可以实现自动化生产,增加了桥面板刚度,从而可以实现免支撑快速施工,在提高底钢板刚度的同时,弥补了PBL连接件组合桥面板的不足;也能够解决钢-混凝土组合连续梁桥负弯矩区桥面板裂能力低的技术难题。
