The invention relates to a dismantling and building integrated construction method for dismantling an old rigid frame bridge in-situ newly-built suspension bridge, which comprises the following steps of: firstly dismantling an old bridge, constructing an anchorage, a main tower and a side span of the newly-built suspension bridge, installing a suspension bridge main cable and a cable loading crane, dismantling a mid-span closure section, the side span and a mid-span main beam cantilever of the old bridge by using the cable loading crane, and hoisting a newly-built suspension bridge steel box beam. And meanwhile, a side span closure section, a side span cast-in-place section and a side pier of the old bridge are sequentially dismantled through a crawler crane. The bridge dismantling process and the bridge building process are in cross operation and synchronous construction, and the construction period can be shortened; an old bridge deck is used as a new suspension bridge pilot cable river-crossing traction platform, navigation is not affected, and cost is saved; the cable crane for newly building the suspension bridge is used for dismantling the old bridge, and the construction efficiency and safety are high.
