Comprising the following steps that an original ground is leveled and rolled, a pile foundation is constructed, a foundation pit is supported by conducting lofting, inserting, driving and sinking on a steel cofferdam, the foundation pit is excavated in a layered mode, and after the foundation pit is excavated to the position below an inner supporting system by a certain distance, the inner supporting system is installed; excavating to the bottom of the foundation pit, and pouring cushion concrete; after the pile foundation is inspected to be qualified, a bearing platform is constructed; processing and binding pier column steel bars, transporting the pier column steel bars to a site, integrally hoisting, welding and fixing the pier column steel bars and the bearing platform steel bars, and then mounting the pier column steel templates according to a single block; concrete pouring of the bearing platform is carried out, after pouring is completed, the horizontal bearing platform top formwork is closed, and then concrete pouring of the pier column is carried out. 本发明公开了一种桥梁下部结构整体性浇筑施工方法。包括以下步骤:对原地面进行平整、碾压,并进行桩基的施工,通过将钢围堰进行放样,插打,施沉进行基坑的支护,对基坑进行分层开挖,开挖至内支撑体系下方一段距离后,安装内支撑体系;开挖至基坑底部,浇筑垫层混凝土;待桩基检验合格后,进行承台的施工;进行墩柱钢筋的加工、绑扎,将墩柱钢筋运至现场,采用整体吊装,并将墩柱钢筋与承台钢筋焊接固定,再将墩柱钢模板按单块进行安装;进行承台的混凝土浇筑,浇筑完成后,封闭水平的承台顶模板,再进行墩柱的混凝土浇筑。本发明实现承台和墩柱的整体浇筑,结构可靠、操作方便,大大节约了施工工期,保证了承台和墩柱的整体性。
