The method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out geotechnical investigation on a project site, displaying a karst cave distribution range, and generating a report; s2, according to the report, adjusting the bearing stratum of the cast-in-place pile in the karst cave and the fracture zone from moderately-weathered limestone to round gravel; s3, after filling adjustment is completed, construction of fender posts is completed firstly, engineering piles are continuously propelled from the periphery to the center, earthwork continuously follows up, and during construction of the fender posts or the engineering piles, rotary drilling is adopted for hole forming and pile forming, and meanwhile, a method of putting clay and rubble for wall building is adopted for treatment; s4, after the rotary drilling rig completes construction, retreating, and completing construction in an area where the rotary drilling rig cannot be used for pore-forming and pile-forming by adopting a full-rotation pile machine; and S5, after construction of all the pile foundations is completed, the equipment is returned. The effects of flexible coping with complex geological conditions, safe construction and high quality are achieved.
