本发明公开了一种建筑给排水装置及排水方法,所述建筑给排水装置中,供水装置的输出端分别连接有地面供水管和地热供水管,地热供水管经过地面下方,地面供水管和地热供水管上均设置有控制阀。通过设置供水装置、地面供水管、地热供水管以及传热组件等,能够根据实际需求,控制相应的控制阀导通或断开,当低温天气,供水装置通过地热供水管供水时,能够吸收地热,保障了管路系统的正常使用;此外,基于驱动电机工作,能够带动传热转动架转动,进而使两个第一传热板分别与两个传热组件接触,实现两个管道之间的传热,从而一定程度的防止排水管出现上冻的现象。
