The method comprises the following steps: starting a first driving unit in response to a target detection instruction, driving the first driving unit to drive a sample collector to be in an unfolded state, starting a negative pressure unit to generate negative pressure in a liquid collection container, and sucking first target liquid into the liquid collection container from the sample collector through a first pipeline by utilizing the negative pressure; closing the negative pressure unit, and driving the second driving unit to adjust the opening and closing degree of the outlet end of the second pipeline so as to transfer the first target liquid into the reaction unit; and a third driving unit is started to move the detection part of the detection unit and immerse the detection part into the first target liquid for detection, and a target detection result is obtained. According to the intelligent closestool with the urinalysis function, the cleaning effect of residual urine can be improved while the structural complexity of the intelligent closestool with the urinalysis function is reduced, and then the accuracy of a urine detection result is improved.
