Water falling on the ground flows to the water-resisting layer through the water leakage opening and then flows to the water drainage opening in the inclined direction of the water-resisting layer to be drained, the probability that a user slips down is reduced by accelerating water flow drainage and reducing accumulated water on the ground, meanwhile, the probability that the water seepage phenomenon occurs in a house is reduced, and the personal safety of the user is protected.
