The invention discloses a multifunctional integrated building skin system and a ventilation method.The building skin system comprises a plurality of supporting columns installed on the outer vertical face of a building, air channels allowing air to circulate are formed in the supporting columns, and the air channels in the supporting columns communicate with an air channel of a ventilation system in the building; the solar heat collection plates are installed on the corresponding supporting columns in an angle-adjustable mode, and the solar heat collection plates are used for heating the supporting columns so as to push air in the supporting columns to flow; the lighting devices are installed on the corresponding supporting columns, and the lighting devices are connected with a lighting device in the building through light guide pipes. According to the multifunctional integrated building skin system, sunshade, illumination, ventilation and solar photo-thermal utilization are achieved at the same time, natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation in winter and summer can be achieved, and energy consumption of a building is greatly reduced.
