The invention provides a vehicle hatch cover control system, a vehicle hatch cover control method and a computer program product. The cabin cover control system comprises a motor, a driving assembly, a first controller and a second controller separated from the first controller. The motor is used for driving the vehicle cabin cover to be opened or closed. The driving assembly is connected with the motor and used for driving the motor and supplying power to the motor. The first controller can control the power supply of the driving assembly to be connected or disconnected. And the second controller is connected with the driving assembly. The second controller can provide a control signal for the driving assembly, and the driving assembly can drive the vehicle cabin cover to be opened or closed through the motor under the condition that the power source is connected and the control signal is obtained.
