The invention discloses a double-door type disinfection delivery window which comprises a window frame with disinfection equipment, the front face and the back face of the window frame are each provided with two movable doors, the front face and the back face of the window frame are each provided with a groove used for lifting of the two movable doors, and the front face and the back face of the window frame are each provided with a cavity communicated with the groove. A mounting plate fixedly connected to the inner wall of the window frame is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity, and a driving mechanism for driving the two movable doors to ascend and descend is arranged on the front face of the mounting plate. The movable door of the window frame is arranged in the vertical direction, synchronous opening and closing can be achieved, in the using process, the movable door on the back face of the window frame is opened firstly, articles to be sterilized are conveyed into the sterilization cavity, then the movable door on the inner wall of the back face of the window frame is closed, and physical isolation is achieved; and after disinfection, the movable door on the front side of the window frame is opened, and then the disinfected articles in the disinfection cavity are sent out of the window frame, so that the situation that the movable doors on the two sides of the window frame are opened at the same time in the whole process is avoided.
