The outer wall cleaning and detecting robot comprises a main body frame and a cleaning mechanism, the cleaning mechanism comprises a rolling brush assembly, a driving mechanism, a cleaning liquid tank, a foam generator, a water supply port and a spray head, a mounting cavity is formed in the main body frame, an opening is formed in the front end of the mounting cavity, and the rolling brush assembly is rotationally arranged in the mounting cavity; the rolling brush assembly extends out of the opening, the driving mechanism is used for driving the rolling brush assembly to rotate, a spray head and a foam generator are installed at the front end of the main body frame, a water supply port is formed in the side wall of the main body frame, the spray head and the foam generator are connected with the water supply port, a cleaning liquid box is further installed in the installation cavity, and the foam generator is connected with the cleaning liquid box. Through the arrangement of the rolling brush assembly, the rolling brush assembly can adapt to the fluctuation of a wall surface to conduct cleaning work attached to an outer wall, and meanwhile, the outer wall can be more effectively cleaned under the condition that the rolling brush assembly is driven by the driving mechanism to rotate; and by arranging a spray head, a cleaning liquid box, a foam generator and the like, the cleaning quality can be improved.
