The invention provides an intelligent linkage rapid pollution management and control system for an underground water well, and the system comprises an underground water well system which comprises a plurality of intelligent linkage wells disposed in a target area, and generates a pollution generation signal and marks the current intelligent linkage well as a polluted well when the intelligent linkage wells monitor target pollutants; and the master control system is used for determining a response area according to the pollution generation signals and the position information of the polluted wells, dividing the intelligent linkage wells in the response area into a preparation group, a processing group and a monitoring group, and respectively transmitting a medicament putting instruction, a pollution repairing instruction and a pollution monitoring instruction to the preparation group, the processing group and the monitoring group. According to the invention, high automation of monitoring and repairing is realized, rapid response to LNAPL pollution can be realized, and repairing adjustment can be carried out according to pollution change.
