According to the invention, multiple organic components are matched to effectively capture oily substances in the gypsum, so that the oily substances in the gypsum are prevented from floating upwards; meanwhile, the viscosity and the water sensitivity of the mortar are adjusted by utilizing different biological glue characteristic combinations, and the problems of bleeding and segregation can be effectively solved. The suspension capacity of the aggregate in self-leveling is improved by adopting an organic and inorganic matching mode, and the cost can be reduced while the organic components are assisted to be uniformly dispersed; and moreover, inorganic suspending agents such as magnesium aluminum silicate also have a relatively good capturing effect on oily substances and small molecules, so that the appearance of the mortar after self-leveling hardening can be obviously improved, and meanwhile, the strength is effectively improved.
