Fiber-reinforced regenerated ultra-high performance concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ultra-high performance concrete, and particularly discloses fiber-reinforced recycled ultra-high performance concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50 to 100 parts of cement, 20 to 50 parts of fly ash, 20 to 30 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 60 to 80 parts of fine aggregate, 5 to 15 parts of hybrid fiber, 1 to 5 parts of steel fiber, 5 to 10 parts of epoxy resin, 1 to 2 parts of water reducing agent, 5 to 10 parts of doping agent and 2 to 4 parts of curing agent. The dopant comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-2 parts of graphene oxide, 0.01-0.1 part of cerium acetate and 1-5 parts of ammonia water with the mass fraction of 5-15%. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the fiber-reinforced regenerated ultra-high performance concrete. The concrete has excellent compressive strength, crack resistance and freeze-thaw resistance, the matrix microstructure is compact, the impermeability is good, and the structural durability is effectively improved; meanwhile, the construction performance is good, and application and popularization in actual engineering are facilitated.
