The invention relates to a curing-free cement-based shrinkage-free grouting material, which consists of cement, slag powder, quartz sand and an additive, and further comprises an internal curing agent and an expanding agent, the internal curing agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 30 to 40 percent of water-absorbent resin, 20 to 30 percent of cellulose and 30 to 40 percent of suspension stabilizer; the expanding agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 15-25% of calcium oxide, 25-35% of calcium sulphoaluminate, 25-35% of gypsum and 15-25% of magnesium oxide. The grouting material disclosed by the invention does not need manual maintenance, saves a large amount of labor cost and time cost, greatly improves the working efficiency, improves the engineering quality, and has a relatively good application prospect.
