The anti-seepage low-shrinkage mortar comprises the following components in parts by mass: 45-60 parts of an anti-seepage low-shrinkage cementing material; 130 to 180 parts of machine-made sand; 1-3 parts of a water repellent; and 40-60 parts of water. According to the invention, green inorganic materials are adopted for preparation, the micro-expansion effect is achieved, the problem of large shrinkage of the materials is effectively avoided, the impermeability of the cementing material is also improved, and the cementing material has the advantages of impermeability and low shrinkage.
