The invention relates to preparation and application of a hydrated calcium silicate neat paste material and a grouting material. A preparation method of the hydrated calcium silicate neat paste material comprises the following steps: mixing white carbon black, calcium hydroxide and water, and curing to obtain the hydrated calcium silicate neat paste material, the preparation method of the grouting material comprises the following steps: mixing the white carbon black, the calcium hydroxide, the water and the quartz sand powder, and curing. Compared with the prior art, the requirement of the hydrated calcium silicate grouting material on the synthesis temperature is normal temperature, and the actual application requirement of cultural relic grouting materials is met; the calcium silicate hydrate grouting material still has a good reaction rate without adding a catalyst, can be synthesized in a short time and stably exists, and can realize controllable preparation of mechanical strength, components and morphology according to different strengths of a reinforced matrix; the sandstone cultural relic protection material has a porous net structure, is large in porosity, high in water absorption rate and good in water permeability, and is suitable for sandstone cultural relic protection in a humid environment.
本发明涉及一种水化硅酸钙净浆材料与灌浆材料的制备与应用,其中水化硅酸钙净浆材料的制备方法包括:将白炭黑、氢氧化钙、水混合固化得到;灌浆材料的制备方法包括:将白炭黑、氢氧化钙、水、石英砂粉混合,养护固化得到。与现有技术相比,本发明中的水化硅酸钙灌浆材料对合成温度的要求为常温,符合文物灌浆材料的实际应用需求;不添加催化剂依然有良好的反应速率,能够在较短时间内合成物相简单、纯度高、力学性能好的水化硅酸钙灌浆材料并稳定存在,还能够根据被加固基体强度的不同实现力学强度、成分、形貌的可控制备;具有多孔的网状结构,孔隙率大,吸水率高,透水性好,适用于潮湿环境下的砂岩质文物保护。
