The invention belongs to the technical field of coatings, and discloses a prebaked anode anti-oxidation ceramic coating for electrolytic aluminum and a preparation method of the prebaked anode anti-oxidation ceramic coating. The coating comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 45-55% of ceramic aggregate, 40-50% of a binder, 0.5-5% of a suspending agent, 0.2-5% of a functional additive and 0.5-6% of water, the ceramic aggregate is composed of at least two of aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, zirconium oxide and silica powder, and the ceramic aggregate at least contains aluminum oxide and silicon carbide; the binder is a mixture of sodium water glass and potash water glass. The anti-oxidation ceramic coating for the electrolytic aluminum prebaked anode is prepared by a two-step curing method. The binder interacts with the ceramic aggregate and undergoes a chemical reaction at a high temperature to generate a substance capable of improving the performance of the ceramic coating, so that the strength of the coating is improved. The ceramic coating is kept at 900 DEG C for 72 hours, the weight loss ratio of an oxidation experiment is lower than 1%, and it is shown that the ceramic coating has good oxidation resistance at the high temperature.
本发明属于涂料技术领域,公开了一种电解铝用预焙阳极防氧化陶瓷涂料及其制备方法。所述涂料包括下列质量百分比的原料:陶瓷骨料45~55%,粘结剂40~50%,悬浮剂0.5~5%,功能添加剂0.2~5%,水0.5~6%;所述陶瓷骨料由氧化铝、碳化硅、氧化锆、硅微粉中的至少两种组成,陶瓷骨料中至少含有氧化铝和碳化硅;粘结剂为钠水玻璃与钾水玻璃的混合物。通过两步固化法制备得到本发明的电解铝预焙阳极防氧化陶瓷涂层。粘结剂与陶瓷骨料相互作用,在高温下发生化学反应,生成可以改善陶瓷涂层性能的物质,提高涂层强度。本发明陶瓷涂层900℃保温72h,氧化实验失重率低于1%,显示其在高温下有着良好的抗氧化性能。
