The invention provides a preparation method of a cordierite ceramic substrate, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparation and activation of a cordierite ceramic precursor: weighing magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide and a doping agent according to mass fraction, adding into a ball milling tank, mixing with deionized water, carrying out primary ball milling activation to obtain first slurry, and drying to obtain the cordierite ceramic precursor; the cordierite precursor powder is obtained; s2, adding the cordierite precursor powder obtained in the step S1, a sintering aid, an organic solvent and a dispersing agent into a ball-milling tank for secondary ball-milling and mixing, continuously adding a binder and a plasticizer into the ball-milling tank for tertiary ball-milling to obtain second slurry, forming the second slurry by using a tape casting process to obtain a green body, and sintering to obtain the cordierite ceramic material. The cordierite ceramic substrate is obtained. According to the method disclosed by the invention, densification of the cordierite ceramic substrate can be realized at a relatively low temperature, and the prepared cordierite ceramic substrate has a low dielectric constant.
本发明提供了一种堇青石陶瓷基板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1.堇青石陶瓷前驱体的配置与活化:按质量分数称取氧化镁、氧化铝、二氧化硅和掺杂剂,加入球磨罐中与去离子水混合,进行一次球磨活化得到第一浆料,烘干,得到所述堇青石前驱体粉体;S2.将步骤S1得到的堇青石前驱体粉体、烧结助剂、有机溶剂、分散剂加入球磨罐中进行二次球磨混合,在球磨罐中继续加入粘结剂和增塑剂进行三次球磨得到第二浆料,使用流延成型工艺对所述第二浆料进行成型得到生坯,烧结,得到所述堇青石陶瓷基板。本发明的方法能在较低温度下实现堇青石陶瓷基板的致密化,制备的堇青石陶瓷基板具有低介电常数。
