Finally, the cement mortar admixture with a novel structure is obtained. When in use, the mortar admixture can be prepared into solid powder and can also be dissolved in water to be prepared into a mortar admixture solution with the mass concentration not higher than 20%. The novel mortar admixture has the effects of water retention, delayed coagulation and air entraining in a cement alkaline environment, the delayed coagulation time is prolonged, the water retention performance of mortar is enhanced, the stability of the mortar can be improved, the working time of the mortar can be prolonged, and the novel mortar admixture has a very good effect when being applied to the mortar.
