The dust suppression system comprises a dust collection assembly, an electrostatic dust collection device, a conveying box and a dust storage box which are all located on one side of a screen scarifier body and communicate with one another in sequence to prevent dust from diffusing. The dust collection assembly is used for adsorbing dust-containing air on the ballast bed side; a conveying belt is arranged in the conveying box; the electrostatic dust collection device shakes off dust particles to the conveying belt; the screen scarifier body, the electrostatic dust collection device conveying box and the dust storage box are all arranged on the frame. According to the invention, the water consumption for spraying is reduced, the dust removal process is totally closed, and the problem of dust raising is solved.
本发明提出了一种基于有砟道床大机清筛的抑尘系统，包括吸尘组件、静电除尘装置、传送箱和储尘箱，均位于清筛机本体的一侧，依次连通以防止尘土扩散；吸尘组件，用于吸附道床侧含有尘土的空气；传送箱，其内设置传送带；静电除尘装置将粉尘颗粒抖落至传送带；清筛机本体、静电除尘装置传送箱和储尘箱，均设置于车架。本发明减少了喷淋用水量，且除尘过程全封闭进行，解决了扬尘问题。
