The invention belongs to the technical field of recycled asphalt mixing, and provides a warm-mixing recycled asphalt mixture production device which comprises a shell, a first material containing barrel and a second material containing barrel are arranged in the shell, the first material containing barrel comprises a base and a barrel wall, the base and the barrel wall are rotatably connected, a screen is arranged at the bottom of the base, and a second material containing barrel is arranged at the bottom of the screen. Supporting mechanisms capable of playing an elastic supporting role are arranged between the first material containing barrel and the shell and between the second material containing barrel and the shell correspondingly, and a driving mechanism is fixed to the inner wall of the shell. The first material placing barrel is used for screening the old asphalt according to the granularity size; after screening, asphalt with small granularity is heated in a hot air heating mode; the asphalt with relatively large granularity is heated in a hot air and contact type heating manner; and asphalt with different particle sizes is heated through different heating modes, so that the asphalt is prevented from being overheated and aged.
