Grading tensioning of the external pre-stress facility and grading releasing of the old stay cable are conducted synchronously, new cable transportation to a bridge, cable unfolding on a beam surface, tower end hanging, beam end traction, tower end traction, grading releasing of the external pre-stress facility and grading tensioning of the new cable are conducted synchronously, accessories are installed and checked, and the next cable is replaced to remove the external pre-stress facility; by arranging the external prestress facility, when the bridge body stay cable is subjected to replacement construction operation, prestress can be provided for the main beam all the time in the cable replacement process, the influence on the deflection and structural stress of the main beam in the cable replacement process is reduced, and the safety of the main beam structure in the cable replacement process is guaranteed.
