The invention discloses a protection pressure limiting device in the grouting reinforcement process and a grouting method. The protection pressure limiting device comprises a vertically-arranged cylinder body, a sliding block is coaxially arranged on the upper portion in the cylinder body, and the length of the sliding block is smaller than that of the cylinder body; the outer wall is tightly attached to the inner wall of the cylinder body, and the lower end is connected with the bottom of the cylinder body through a plurality of high-pressure springs; a slurry inlet steel pipe, a slurry return steel pipe and a slurry outlet steel pipe are arranged on the outer side wall of the cylinder body, the slurry inlet steel pipe is located on the left side, and the slurry return steel pipe and the slurry outlet steel pipe are located on the right side and are vertically arranged at intervals; the top of the cylinder body is connected with a pressure feeding steel pipe; the far end of the pressure feeding steel pipe is communicated with the part, close to the cylinder body, of the slurry inlet steel pipe; the far outer end of the grout inlet steel pipe is divided into two paths, one path is used for being connected with a grouting machine, and the other path is used for extending to the stratum. By means of the device and method, pressure-limiting grouting in the grouting reinforcement process can be achieved, the ending condition of grouting reinforcement can be effectively judged, and disturbance to the stratum is reduced.
本发明公开了一种注浆加固过程中的保护限压装置及注浆方法,包括竖直设置的缸体,在缸体内的上部分同轴设置有滑块,滑块的长度小于缸体的长度;其外壁与缸体的内壁紧密贴合,其下端通过多个高压弹簧与缸体的底部相连接;在缸体的外侧壁上设置有进浆钢管、回浆钢管、出浆钢管,其中,进浆钢管位于左侧,回浆钢管和出浆钢管位于右侧,且回浆钢管和出浆钢管上下间隔设置;缸体的顶部连接有给压钢管,给压钢管的远端与进浆钢管的靠近缸体的部分相连通;进浆钢管的远外端分为两路,一路用于与注浆机相连接,另一路用于延伸至地层;通过该装置与方法可以实现注浆加固过程的限压注浆,能有效判定注浆加固的终止条件,减少对地层的扰动。
