The invention relates to a coaxial cooling water pipe quasi-form arrangement method for controlling the construction temperature of a mass concrete block, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a coaxial cooling water pipe along an isotherm form, and transporting cooling water to the tail end of the coaxial cooling water pipe by utilizing an inner pipe of the coaxial cooling water pipe in a heat preservation manner, namely, the highest temperature of the center of the mass concrete block; the cooling water flows out to the initial end of the coaxial cooling water pipe through the circulation channel between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, and the cooling water in the circulation channel between the inner pipe and the outer pipe exchanges heat with the concrete through the pipe wall of the outer pipe to achieve the purpose of reducing the temperature of the concrete.
本发明涉及控制大体积混凝土块体施工温度的同轴冷却水管拟形态布置方法,将同轴冷却水管沿等温线形态进行布置,再利用同轴冷却水管的内管将冷却水保温运输至同轴冷却水管的末端,也即大体积混凝土块体中心温度最高处,通过内管和外管之间的流通通道再流出至同轴冷却水管初始端,内管和外管之间的流通通道的冷却水通过外管管壁与混凝土进行热交换来达到降低混凝土的温度目的。
