The invention relates to the field of water production from air, in particular to a water production assembly, water production equipment and a working method of the water production equipment. The water making assembly comprises a finned tube type condenser and an evaporator which are arranged in a spaced mode to form an air flow channel, and the outer sides of the finned tube type condenser and the evaporator are both coated with MOF adsorbents. The condenser and the evaporator can be interchanged for use in different modes, so that efficient water extraction is realized, and heat transfer and temperature control are optimized. The water production equipment comprises the water production assembly, a refrigeration control assembly used for controlling refrigerant circulation, an air management assembly, a control system and a water collector. According to the working method, the refrigerant flow direction and the air flow are intelligently adjusted by monitoring the environment temperature and humidity, so that air flows through the evaporator and the condenser, and efficient water production is achieved. The whole system automatically adjusts the operating parameters by intelligently controlling the temperature difference between the evaporator and the air dew point, ensures the optimal moisture extraction effect under various environmental conditions, and has high adaptability and intelligent level.
