The bottom surface of the truss supporting type composite floor slab is supported by a prefabricated beam body, and the truss supporting type composite floor slab comprises a prefabricated composite slab; the truss stress frame body comprises at least one truss upper chord higher than the prefabricated laminated slab, a plurality of web member connecting supports and a plurality of truss web members, a plurality of rows of web member connecting supports which are arranged at intervals are fixed on the upper surface of the prefabricated laminated slab, and a truss web member is connected between each web member connecting support and the truss upper chord; the truss stress frame body and the prefabricated laminated slab jointly form a truss stress structure; and the concrete cast-in-place layer is formed above the prefabricated laminated slab, and the top face of the concrete cast-in-place layer is not higher than the connecting position of the web member connecting support and the truss web member. The upper load is shared to the truss stress frame body and transmitted to the fixed precast beam body, compared with a conventional laminated slab, the rigidity is greatly improved, and the mode that the laminated slab needs a lower support is fundamentally achieved.
本发明公开了一种桁架承托式叠合楼板,其底面由预制梁体承托,包括:预制叠合板;桁架受力框体,其包括至少一根高于预制叠合板的桁架上弦杆、数个腹杆连接支座和数个桁架腹杆,预制叠合板上表面固定有若干排间隔排列的腹杆连接支座,每个腹杆连接支座与桁架上弦杆之间连接有桁架腹杆,桁架受力框体与预制叠合板共同形成了一个桁架受力结构;混凝土现浇层,其形成于预制叠合板上方,混凝土现浇层顶面不高于所述腹杆连接支座与桁架腹杆的连接处,本发明中的预制叠合板配合桁架受力框体,在受力上可视为一个桁架结构,其上荷载分摊至桁架受力框体并传递至已经完成固定的预制梁体,相较常规叠合板刚度大大提升,根本性解决了叠合板需要下支撑的模式。
