When the prefabricated wall is manufactured and assembled on the foundation, prefabricated wall pouring steel bars protruding out of the foundation in advance need to be inserted into the inner pipe in the prefabricated wall, the inner pipe is a pipeline pre-buried in the prefabricated wall and used for guiding the steel bars to enter the correct connecting position, the inner pipe can extend into the grouting pipe fitting along with insertion of the steel bars, and the grouting pipe fitting can be connected with the prefabricated wall. The conical spring is a special spring device, and the shape design of the conical spring is shown in the figure so that certain elastic force can be generated when the reinforcing steel bar is inserted, and therefore the friction force between the reinforcing steel bar and the grouting pipe fitting can be increased.
本发明公开了一种装配式建筑预制构件及构件装配方法,涉及到工程结构技术领域,包括两个灌浆管件,两个所述灌浆管件的上端均设置有顶管机构,两个所述顶管机构之间共同设置有贯通管,两个所述灌浆管件的下端均设置有衔接机构。本发明当预制墙制作完成后,将其装配到地基上时,地基上预先突出的预制墙浇筑钢筋需要插入到预制墙中的内管内,内管是预制墙中预埋的一个管道,用于引导钢筋进入正确的连接位置,随着钢筋的插入,它会延伸到灌浆管件的内部,并且最终抵触到锥簧,锥簧是一个特殊的弹簧装置,它的形状设计如图所示是为了在钢筋插入时产生一定的弹力,从而增加钢筋与灌浆管件之间的摩擦力。
