The use method comprises the following steps: 1, collecting and storing rainwater and reducing building temperature; and 2, rainwater recycling. The water leakage control method comprises the steps that leaked water enters the water leakage tank, the liquid sensor starts the alarm device, the water outlet pipeline and the water drainage pipeline are opened through the electromagnetic valve, the inwards-concave floating body containing water is separated from the water surface, and the inwards-concave floating body pulls down one side of the butterfly valve to achieve closing of the butterfly valve. The invention is used for the rainwater resource recycling system and the use and water leakage control thereof.
