The invention relates to the technical field of concrete lining plates, and discloses a construction process for settlement damage treatment of a concrete lining plate, which comprises the following steps of: 1, expanding the settlement and cracking part of the concrete lining plate by 50 centimeters along the periphery, and snapping lines to divide fixed points; 2, settlement and cracking positions are chiseled away and cleaned up, then high-performance mortar and pebbles are stirred according to the proportion of 1: 1, and then cushion layer pouring is conducted till the designed elevation is reached; step 3, aiming at the crack area, expanding for 3cm along each side of the crack area, cutting the crack area to be wide and deep, chiseling away the crack area, and filling R70 mortar for repairing; then, joint cutting (3-5 mm) is carried out, and polyurethane weather-proof sealant is poured; fourthly, after repairing is completed, R70 mortar is sprayed or scraped on the surface in batches; 5, an electric sprayer is used for spraying a D200 closed coating; and 6, water spraying maintenance is carried out every 12 h for three times, and the geotechnical cloth is covered for maintaining the repair area during the period.
