The invention relates to the technical field of data processing. The invention particularly relates to a roadbed compaction state continuous detection method and system based on modulus and moisture content. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first function relationship among the compaction degree, the rebound modulus and the moisture content of a soil sample of a roadbed to be measured and a second function relationship between a harmonic index for evaluating the compaction quality of the soil sample and the rebound modulus of the soil sample; detecting the moisture content of a road surface pressed by a roller of the road roller and a vibration acceleration signal of the roller of the road roller in real time in the running process of the road roller; calculating the harmonic class index according to the vibration acceleration signal; on the basis of the harmonic indexes obtained through calculation, the rebound modulus is calculated in combination with the second function relation; and calculating the compaction degree of the roadbed to be detected by combining the first function relationship based on the detected moisture content and the rebound modulus. By adopting the method provided by the invention, the compaction state of the roadbed can be accurately detected.
