A method for preparing a steel slag product by synergistically enhancing mineral carbonization comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing a chelating agent and water in proportion to obtain a chelating agent solution; (2) taking the chelating agent solution in the step (1) as mixing water, and uniformly mixing the chelating agent solution with steel slag powder in proportion to obtain a mixed steel slag material; (3) doping a CO2 absorbent into the steel slag material mixed in the step (2) in proportion, and uniformly stirring to obtain steel slag slurry; (4) injecting the steel slag slurry in the step (3) into a mold, performing compression molding, and demolding to obtain a steel slag product blank; and (5) putting the steel slag product blank in the step (4) into a carbonization reaction kettle, and carrying out carbon sequestration maintenance to obtain the carbonized steel slag product. The carbonization degree of the steel slag product can be improved, so that more CO2 can be cured in the carbonization process of the product, and the environmental benefits of the product are improved; the performance of the carbonized steel slag product can be greatly improved.
