The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-durability transparent cooling self-cleaning coating for stone cultural relic protection, which comprises the following steps: (1) dispersing silicon dioxide nanoparticles, titanium dioxide nanoparticles and zinc oxide nanoparticles in a mixed solution, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain a mixed dispersion liquid; (2) dispersing the silicon dioxide nanoparticles in the mixed solution, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain dispersion liquid only containing the silicon dioxide nanoparticles; (3) respectively adding a silane coupling agent and hydrochloric acid into the mixed dispersion liquid and the silicon dioxide dispersion liquid for treatment to obtain a solution A and a solution B; (4) adding a water-based emulsion diluted with water into the solution B to obtain a bonding layer solution for spraying; (5) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the bonding layer solution, spraying the bonding layer solution on the sample, and naturally curing; (6) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the solution A, and continuously spraying on the sample; and (7) drying the sprayed sample at room temperature to obtain the transparent super-hydrophobic coating. The coating is high in light transmittance and has excellent hydrophobic and oleophobic properties and self-cleaning performance.
本发明涉及一种石质文物保护用高耐久透明降温自清洁涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将二氧化硅纳米颗粒、二氧化钛纳米颗粒与氧化锌纳米颗粒分散于混合溶液中,超声得到混合分散液;(2)再将二氧化硅纳米颗粒分散于混合溶液中,超声得到仅有二氧化硅纳米颗粒的分散液;(3)向混合分散液与二氧化硅分散液中分别加入硅烷偶联剂和盐酸处理处理后得到溶液A和溶液B;(4)在溶液B中加入用水稀释后的水性乳液得到用于喷涂的粘结层溶液;(5)将粘结层溶液超声后喷涂在样品上,自然固化;(6)对溶液A超声后继续在样品上喷涂;(7)喷涂后的样品在室温下干燥得到透明超疏水涂层;该涂层透光率高,有优异的疏水疏油性和自清洁性能。
